Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere. It launches off the EFT Discovery Statement which says...
"The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system."

And because our physical pains and diseases are so obviously connected with our emotions the following statement has also proven to be true...
"Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases."

This common sense approach draws its power from (1) time-honored Eastern discoveries that have been around for over 5,000 years and (2) Albert Einstein, who told us back in the 1920's that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy. These ideas have been largely ignored by Western Healing Practices and that is why EFT often works where nothing else will. As you will clearly see, conventional healing methods have overlooked the obvious.

We can use it for everything from the common cold to cancer. Further, we have had success with nearly every emotional issue on the books...including fear, trauma, depression, grief and schizophrenia. That is why you can consider it the missing link in your pursuit of health and happiness. Once you truly recognize the Universal nature of EFT you will eagerly join our growing throng of enthusiasts. There is nothing like it, anywhere.

Mental Field Therapy

Definition coming soon.. However, much similar to EFT

Autonomic Response Testing

Autonomic Response Testing (ART) grew out of the importance of detecting and correcting problems of the autonomic nervous system. ART allows the doctor to correct the problems of the ANS and to help restore the self regulating mechanism of the body allowing the patient to return to a state of health. Autonomic Response Testing (ART) is a system of evaluation and treatment developed by Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, Ph.D and Lousia Williams, DC, ND. Dr. Klinghardt is a German trained physician who also has a Ph.D in neurology. ART uses Applied Kinesiology, Electroacupuncture (EAV), O-Ring testing, Nogier pulse, Chinese pulse, heart rate variability and other techniques to assess the health or dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system.

Color Therapy

A breakthrough, yet as old as recorded medicine, it utilizes the subtle energy vibrations similar to those found in the visible spectrum....the 49th octave. Light energy is processed through color filters and irradiated into the aura. By matching corresponding wavelengths to the organs and systems of the body, it strengthens or sedates energy in the distressed areas, creating a support system for the healing process.

Colors or energy vibrations, when applied to the human body-or more specifically to the human aura (the subtle energy that surrounds the physical body)-can return the entire body (or specific organs) to normal health in a very short time. It is understood, of course, that the applied vibrations will match the energy-frequency needs of an organ in terms of sedation, activation or neutralization.

To restore the proper levels of energy to the physical and etheric bodies, The 49th Vibrational Technique uses the seven rainbow colors of the spectrum: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet, as well as five additional colors derived from these seven, for a repertory of twelve. These twelve colors have been tested by Dinshah P. Ghadiali, and others for more than 80 years with great success. Part of that success is because the seven colors of the rainbow greatly stimulate the seven major chakras of the body. The chakras are areas of highly concentrated energy that are connected to various locations, mainly along the spinal cord. The other five colors obviously relate to important minor chakras (according to B.E.E.M. research). Understanding this relationship of the chakras to their accurately matched color frequencies makes this systme more successful than other color-healing systems.

Light Therapy

Definition coming soon...However, much like color therapy, only using full spectrum white light, as well as color (where applicable)

Hydrochromatherapy

Vibrational therapy can also be practiced through the use of charged water (hydrochromatherpy). Charged water is a time-saving supplement and most effective when water directly interacts with the organs or affected areas, such as an ulcer in the digestive or eliminative tracts, where Lemon and Indigo can be beneficial.

Other situations-such as cleansing the bladder or urinary tract, removing kidney stones, dealing with alcoholism, drug problems and food poisoning, to mention a few-can be positively affected with hydrochromatherapy along with colored light therapy. Charge water can also be quite effective for sound sleep, as consuming Blue-charged water prior to retiring can sooth and relax the stomach.

The use of charged water is most effective when diseases are not chronic or acute. Acute or chronic situations respond much better to the direct application of light on the aura, using hydrochromatherapy as a suppplement to the light treatment. Hydrochromatherpy has the ability to keep the body fine-tuned when applied on a regular and constant basis, assisting in the long or shortterm needs of the aura.

Chakra Balancing

Using ART to determine the weak chakra and color therapy to correct it. Or, a general balancing of all chakras using color therapy.

BACH Flower Remedies

When we feel ourselves we are at our best. We can cope with everything that life throws at us. But sometimes... well, sometimes we aren't quite ourselves. We feel out of sorts, as if something isn't right. And sometimes we need a little help to get back on track.

In the 1920s and 30s a noted homeopath and bacteriologist called Dr Edward Bach discovered a way of providing that help – a complete system of 38 flower remedies that can help us rediscover the positive side of ourselves and help us live emotionally healthy lives.

The Bach Original Flower Remedies started life at Dr Edward Bach's home, Mount Vernon – now better known as the Bach Centre. Here, Dr Bach trained his friends and colleagues and trusted them to carry his work forward into the future. Today, under the careful supervision of Judy Ramsell Howard - the Bach Centre's current custodian - a small team of dedicated people pick and prepare the flowers by hand. In many cases the remedy-makers collect the flowers from locations first used by Dr Bach himself.

Now sold in over 65 countries worldwide, the Bach Original Flower Remedies are used by individuals and respected medical and complementary health practitioners alike.
The Bach Flower Essences are 100% safe and natural and work in conjunction with herbs, homeopathy and medications. They are safe for everyone, including children, pregnant women, pets, elderly and even plants.

Aromatherapy

What is aromatherapy?
The concentrated essential oils aromatherapists use to treat conditions are aromatic and volatile (ie which evaporate easily) elements from plants. The oils are not concentrated from whole plant parts – unlike herbal medicines – but are extracted, generally by steam distillation, from flowers, leaves, roots, grasses, peel, resin or bark.

A French chemist called René-Maurice Gattefossé coined the term aromatherapy to describe the process of using plant oils therapeutically. The story goes that, while working in a perfume factory in the early 20th century, he burnt his hand and instinctively grabbed some lavender oil and poured it onto the burn. He was so impressed by how quickly and cleanly the burn healed, he began studying the healing powers of plant oils.
However, people have been treated with plant oils for thousands of years – records go back to the times of ancient Egypt, China and India.

How can aromatherapy help?
Aromatherapy is now used to treat a whole range of conditions and is believed to work on people both physically and psychologically. The first part of the theory is that when you smell an essential oil, it triggers your limbic system – the part of the brain that controls emotions and stores and retrieves learned memories – and relaxes you. The other part of the theory is that the essential oils are absorbed through the skin, and have medicinal properties which act on the cause of the problem.

Just some of the conditions aromatherapy is used to treat are:

anxiety, stress or insomnia
muscular aches and pains
headaches
asthma
eczema
digestive problems
menstrual or menopausal problems
